Cabin dynamic tilt angle sensor

The tilt sensor is suitable for the operating environmental conditions of wind turbines. The dynamic tilt sensor in the cabin outputs an alarm signal in the X direction, and the signal is a dry contact signal.

Notice of normal work schedule for the New Year's Day holiday in 2024

 Due to a large number of customer orders, we will operate normally during the New Year's holiday. Users can place orders as usual, and if technical services are needed, engineers are available 24 hours a day for remote or phone support!

The MK380A angle sensor series has passed the GB17626 electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test.

On November 27, 2023, the Maiko Sensor MK380A angle sensor series passed the GB17626 electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test, report number XDG122393591129117GR;

Incremental encoder and absolute encoder

The rotary incremental encoder outputs pulses as it rotates, allowing a counting device to determine its position. When the encoder is stationary or during a power outage, it relies on the internal memory of the counting device to remember its position. Thus, when there is a power outage, the encoder should not move at all. When power is restored, during the pulse output process of the encoder, there should also be no interference that causes pulse loss; otherwise, the zero point remembered by the counting device will shift, and the amount of this shift will be unknown until erroneous production results occur.

What are the precautions to take when using angle sensors (encoders)?

When soldering the terminals of the angle sensor (encoder), avoid using water-soluble flux, as it can promote metal oxidation and material mold; avoid using inferior solder, as poor soldering may cause difficulty in tinning, leading to poor contact or disconnection.

Inclination sensor vehicle body auxiliary leveling device

Convert the tilt angles measured by the inclination sensor of the vehicle platform in two directions into the vertical adjustment amounts for the four support points, and output them on the display interface to provide the operators with a basis for adjustment; detect the horizontal condition of the vehicle platform.

The ML7800 micro MEMS IMU/AHRS nine-axis attitude sensor has been successfully developed.

It is a small-sized, high-performance Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS). It provides data on pitch, roll, heading, and altitude. This product is very lightweight, at 30g, and includes a MEMS-based Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), which integrates three gyroscopes, a single magnetometer, and three accelerometers. Through the extended Kalman filter, the ML7800 can provide accurate attitude data under both static and dynamic conditions.

Dam body tilt monitoring

The dam body inclination monitoring uses fixed inclinometers with a range of ±30° and a sensitivity of ≤9″. The fixed inclinometers are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the dam within the concrete core wall and on the downstream side of the dam in two directions, with a total of three sections arranged at dam cross-sections 0+021.00, 0+041.00, and 0+061.00. One section is equipped with fixed inclinometers spaced 5m apart in the elevation direction. The installation elevation of all equipment and the elevation of the pipe openings can be appropriately adjusted based on site conditions and accurately recorded.
