Cabin dynamic tilt angle sensor
The tilt sensor is suitable for the operating environmental conditions of wind turbine generators.
1. Functional requirements: Place a three-axis gyroscope and accelerometer in two directions:
1) X direction (tilt around the vertical line of the main shaft, i.e., fore-and-aft pitch);
2) Y direction (tilt around the parallel line of the main shaft, i.e., side-to-side roll).
3) The installation direction of the tilt sensor in the cabin is shown in Figure 1, with the wire exit direction being the positive direction of the X-axis, i.e., 'tail direction';
4) When placed horizontally, the tilt angles of the XY axes are 0 degrees;
5) X+ sinking (nose up), the tilt angle of the X-axis is defined as positive, and vice versa is negative;
6) Y+ lifting (facing the wind turbine, right tilt), the tilt angle of the Y-axis is defined as positive, and vice versa is negative.
5.3.2 Cabin tilt sensor signal output: Uses an analog 4~20mA interface to output real-time values of tilt angles in the X and Y directions.

2. Safety angle detection function:
The rise time should not exceed 300ms, and the decay time should not exceed 3s. When the 'X direction angle exceeds 11°' is detected, the system triggers an alarm after a delay of 300ms, and the cabin dynamic tilt sensor outputs an alarm signal in the X direction, which is a dry contact signal. When the 'Y direction angle exceeds 4°' is detected, the system triggers an alarm after a delay of 300ms, and the cabin dynamic tilt sensor outputs an alarm signal in the Y direction, which is a dry contact signal. After the cabin dynamic tilt sensor triggers an alarm, it automatically resets, with the automatic reset condition being 'X direction angle value below 11°' and 'Y direction angle value below 4°', and the automatic reset delay time is 1000ms.
