Solutions to magnetic interference and magnetic residual interference of electronic compasses

Magnetic interference refers to the situation where an electronic compass is in a non-uniform magnetic field environment. Generally, the geomagnetic field at a certain location on Earth is relatively uniform (the magnetic components have the same magnitude and direction). However, due to the presence of certain interfering substances around it, such as motors, magnets, ferromagnetic materials, mobile phones, and large currents (which generate magnetic fields), another magnetic field is superimposed in the space, altering the magnitude and direction of the original magnetic field, thus making the azimuth output of the electronic compass inaccurate.

MikroSensor 2023 New Year's Day holiday schedule

From December 31, 2022 (Saturday) to January 2, 2023 (Monday), there will be a holiday for a total of three days. Work will officially resume on January 3, 2023 (Tuesday). Due to a large number of customer orders, the delivery time for bulk orders will be extended by 3 days. For customers with small batch orders, the delivery time can be appropriately arranged to be 1 day earlier. During the holiday period, customer technical services will be available, with engineers providing remote or phone support 24 hours a day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding!

2022 Wuxi World Internet of Things Expo "Smart Sensing" Summit Forum

On November 26, the 2022 World Internet of Things Expo opened in Wuxi. On that morning, the 2022 World Internet of Things Wuxi Summit was grandly held.

ZB-HMI2000 Wireless Tilt Detection for Tower Crane Vertical Inclination Offset

Modules can be added according to the number of tower cranes, and the modules can be named (e.g., 1# Tower Crane, 2# Tower Crane, 3# Tower Crane, etc.). A report generation function can be set up, including content such as tower crane number, tower crane height, and the deviation values of verticality on the X and Y axes (distinguishing between positive and negative directions).

The MK-GNSS360 satellite navigation measurement system has been successfully developed.

It can provide information on the carrier's position, speed, time, heading, and pitch angle. This product inherits and promotes the company's technological advantages in satellite navigation measurement by using GNSS triple-band seven-frequency signals and integrating heading calculation algorithms to accurately compute the position information of the antenna and the angle (heading angle) between the line connecting the phase centers of two antennas and true north.

Installation of tilt angle sensor for hydraulic flip truck unloading machine

The hydraulic flip unloading machine is a device that automatically unloads bulk materials by tipping or flipping semi-trailer trucks to the side or rear. It is a large mechanical equipment used to unload railway open cars, capable of flipping or tilting rail vehicles to achieve unloading. It is commonly used in ports with large transportation volumes and in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, coal, and thermal power.

Msensor Sensor 2022 recruitment, welcome new friends

Recruitment positions: a total of 3 positions in R&D; Work locations: Wuxi, Xi'an; The company provides new employee pre-job training, corporate culture training, product knowledge training, work skills training, etc.

The tilt sensor is used in the vehicle-mounted system for wireless positioning and anti-theft tracking system.

The vehicle load wireless positioning anti-theft tracking system receives the vehicle-mounted sensor fusion information through the vehicle's main controller, obtains GPS satellite positioning information through the GPS module, and then communicates bidirectionally with the user terminal via a public mobile communication module through public mobile communication base stations, issuing local sound and light alarms, and achieving mobile, instantaneous control.

HMI wireless tilt sensor launched based on ZigBee/LoRa/WiFi/NB-IOT technology

The wireless tilt sensor uses wireless IoT technology, featuring low power consumption and long-distance communication capabilities, with a communication range of up to 5km. The sensor is equipped with a single/dual-channel gravity tilt unit, which measures static gravitational acceleration and converts it into tilt changes.
