Gyroscope track detection vehicle

The track inspection vehicle, also known as the track detection vehicle or track inspection instrument, is abbreviated as the track inspection car. Using the track inspection car to check the geometric state of the track is an important part of ensuring the safety of railway operations. The main content of the track inspection car's detection of track deformation includes gauge, elevation, track direction, level, triangular pits, and vibration acceleration, among others. Among these, track irregularity is a key factor that directly restricts the increase in train speed on the line. Track irregularity refers to the deviation of the two rails in height and lateral direction from the ideal geometric dimensions of the rails. There are four types of track irregularity: 1. Uneven elevation of the track in the front and back.

Application of tilt sensors in railway monitoring

Rail transport is one of the main modes of transportation in our country, and it has been continuously developing in recent years, with high-speed trains, intercity trains, and increasing train speeds. However, faster speeds also come with greater dangers, and accidents are frequent. Although the government has mandated speed limits, these limits do not address the fundamental issues. The most urgent need now is to ensure safe operations and create a stable and efficient driving environment. Trains are a special mode of transport that runs on tracks, operating in complex and variable environments, often affected by various factors such as wind, snow, earthquakes, mudslides, landslides, foreign objects in tunnels, and geological changes.

Application of sensors in monitoring the settlement of railway track subgrades

To ensure the high-speed and healthy development of railways, a remote automatic monitoring system for subgrade settlement based on laser measurement, advanced sensing, and wireless network technologies has been developed. This monitoring system includes four subsystems: surface settlement laser automatic measurement, simultaneous automatic measurement of subgrade layered settlement and lateral displacement, automatic measurement of subgrade lateral profile settlement, and data collection and wireless transmission. The surface settlement automatic measurement is achieved using laser measurement and automatic calibration technology; the simultaneous automatic measurement of subgrade layered settlement and lateral displacement is achieved using Hall sensors, laser ranging, and tilt sensors; the automatic measurement of subgrade lateral profile settlement is driven by master and slave motors with tilt sensors.

Static level gauge and inclinometer for monitoring and early warning of subway deformation

In cities in our country that already have subways, there are increasingly more deep foundation pits along the subway lines (very close to the subway tunnels). How to protect the operating subway tunnels during the excavation of foundation pits is a very practical issue. Using information-based construction and monitoring methods can effectively guide the foundation pit construction process. The methods used during construction, such as the time-space effect method, reverse construction method, grouting method, and foundation pit reinforcement methods, can all achieve the goal of protecting adjacent tunnels and controlling deformation. However, conventional subway deformation monitoring methods are quite difficult to implement in operating subway tunnels, mainly because the intervals between subway operations are very short, and measurement personnel are absolutely not allowed to enter during operation.

Monitoring of subway track foundation settlement and inclination

Project Background With the rapid economic development, many cities in our country have gradually increased the construction of urban subway systems. The construction of urban subway underground tunnels must be carried out within the geological body. Regardless of the depth, the excavation of tunnels will inevitably disturb the underground geological body, leading to the disruption of the original equilibrium state and gradually shifting towards a new equilibrium state. Excavating the underground geological body will inevitably cause surface settlement and deformation. When the surface settlement reaches a certain level, it will affect the normal use of underground pipelines and the safety of surface buildings. During the construction period, effective measures must be taken according to requirements to reduce settlement and deformation, ensuring the safety of surface houses and roads.
