The ML7800 micro MEMS IMU/AHRS nine-axis attitude sensor has been successfully developed.

  ML7800 micro MEMS IMU/AHRS nine-axis attitude sensor.

It is a small-sized, high-performance Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS). It provides data on pitch, roll, heading, and altitude. This product is very lightweight, at 30g, and includes a MEMS-based Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) that integrates three gyroscopes, a single magnetometer, and three accelerometers.

1. Detailed Introduction

Through an extended Kalman filter, the ML7800 can provide accurate attitude data under both static and dynamic conditions.

2. This product is small in size and high in precision:

  · Pitch and roll 0.1° (360° full range)

  · 0.8° heading (internal magnetometer)

  · 5 cm real-time altitude, automatically adjusted according to wave periods

 3. Main Features:

  · Very low noise gyroscope

  · IP67 protection level housing

  · 300 Hz output rate

  · Supports RS-232, RS-422, and CAN communication

4. Application Fields:

  Navigation

The ML7800 is the smallest inertial sensor in its class that can provide altitude data. It can be installed on a buoy or a ship, automatically adjusting according to wave periods, thus providing more accurate measurements. It is also very suitable for underwater applications, used to compensate for single-beam sonar or to position ROVs.

  Land

For attitude measurement of cameras, antennas, or other onboard scientific equipment, the ML7800 is a powerful and cost-effective choice. It can provide precise timestamp data for accurate synchronization.

  Aviation

The ML7800 can provide an excellent performance attitude system. Its robust IP68 housing, high output rate, and extended dynamic temperature calibration (-40°~+85°C) make it capable of operating perfectly in the aerospace field, especially in applications related to the positioning or stabilization of onboard equipment.
