ZB-HMI2000 Wireless Tilt Detection for Tower Crane Vertical Inclination Offset

1. Hardware design requirements

  1. Measurement range: ±15°

  2. Signal output method: ZigBee wireless transmission (within 1.6km)

  3. Accuracy 0.001°, resolution 0.0005°

  4. Response frequency: 100HZ, 0.01 seconds

  5. Power supply method: Installed at the top of the tower crane, not convenient for frequent battery replacement, can connect to external power supply, built-in 6000mAH battery, external solar panel

2. Software design requirements

  1. Modules can be added according to the number of tower cranes, and modules can be named (e.g., 1# tower crane, 2# tower crane, 3# tower crane...)

  2. The height of the tower crane can be entered under each corresponding module (e.g., tower crane height: 60m)

  3. Assign a limit deviation to all modules, that is, the vertical deviation limit of the tower crane: 4H/1000 (H is the height of the tower crane, in mm)

  4. Generate fluctuation line charts in the X and Y directions under each module, adjustable sampling interval, and display the limit deviation value as a red line along with real-time X-axis and Y-axis vertical deviation values, as shown in the figure:

       5. For each module, if there is an excessive deviation value, set a buzzer alarm reminder.

  6. Set up a report generation function, including tower crane number, tower crane height, X-axis and Y-axis vertical deviation values (distinguishing positive and negative directions), with the report file format primarily in EXCEL format.
