HMI wireless tilt sensor launched based on ZigBee/LoRa/WiFi/NB-IOT technology

The wireless tilt sensor uses wireless IoT technology, featuring low power consumption and long-distance communication capabilities, with a communication range of up to 5 km. The sensor is equipped with a single/dual-channel gravitational tilt unit, which measures static gravitational acceleration and converts it into tilt changes. This allows for the measurement of the tilt angle of the sensor output relative to the horizontal plane, providing real-time output of the current tilt angle. The wireless tilt sensor is easy to use and is an ideal choice for detecting and monitoring angular physical quantities. It has strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference and can adapt to long-term operation in harsh industrial environments.

The ZB-HMI800-Modbus protocol is a self-developed ultra-low power, compact, high-precision wireless tilt sensor by Msensor Sensor, designed for industry applications where users have no power supply or need real-time dynamic measurement of object posture angles. It is powered by a lithium battery and utilizes wireless transmission technologies based on IoT, including Bluetooth, Zigbee, NB-IOT, LoRa, and DTU (GSM) (optional). All internal circuits are optimized, using industrial-grade MCUs, three-proof PCB boards, imported cables, and wide-temperature metal enclosures to enhance the product's industrial level, ensuring long-term stability and minimal zero drift. It can automatically enter a low-power sleep mode, thus eliminating dependence on the usage environment.

The product features a compact structure and precise design, with additional compensation for temperature and linearity. It integrates comprehensive protection functions against short circuits, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, and surge. It is easy and convenient to use, and the wireless digital signal transmission method eliminates the cumbersome wiring and noise interference associated with long cable transmissions. The industrial-grade design offers extremely high measurement accuracy and anti-interference capability. Wireless sensor nodes can form a large wireless network, supporting thousands of measurement points for simultaneous tilt monitoring. It comes with professional computer software, requiring no on-site survey, allowing for real-time data measurement and recording of the tested object's status. It is suitable for industrial sites, dilapidated houses, ancient buildings, civil engineering, and various tower tilt deformation monitoring and analysis needs in a safety monitoring system.
