Installation of tilt angle sensor for hydraulic flip truck unloading machine

The hydraulic tipping unloading machine is a device that automatically unloads bulk materials by tipping or overturning semi-trailer trucks. It is a large mechanical equipment used to unload railway open cars, capable of flipping or tilting rail vehicles to achieve unloading. It is commonly used in ports with high transportation volumes and in industries such as metallurgy, coal, and thermal power. It is also used in mines, but mostly in small tipping machines; bulk materials mainly refer to grains, feed, cement, coal, ores, and mineral powders. This unloading machine is widely used in grain stations, feed factories, storage, ports, mines, chemical industries, and steel mills. It is suitable for high-temperature and dusty environments. It is efficient and labor-saving.

The tipping unloading machine uses a load-sensitive proportional multi-way valve for hydraulic control. The speed is adjustable, the tipping process for unloading grain is controllable, and it saves energy with no power output when not in action; it has a compact, modular structure for easy replacement. It has P and Q following functions.

The electrical control part uses PLC control, equipped with a touch screen for monitoring and switching control modes of the system, and comes with a remote control for operation. The control part is simple, safe, and stable.

Using an inclination sensor for automatic leveling, preventing tilting, achieving automatic correction functionality, with leveling accuracy up to ±0.1°. When the tipping board tilts in the horizontal direction, it can automatically correct itself.

The unloading machine's limit switch has stroke limitation, safety locking, and manual replay functions. In the event of a power outage or misoperation, the equipment will lock in its current position to prevent dangerous misoperations. However, the correctness of the installation position of the limit switch, deformation, and long-term use may cause mechanical damage. Using an inclination sensor can ensure the specified angle and accuracy; check for significant dust accumulation between the drive gears and the rotating support rods.
