The tilt sensor is used in the vehicle-mounted system for wireless positioning and anti-theft tracking system.

The vehicle load wireless positioning anti-theft tracking system receives vehicle sensor fusion information through the vehicle's main controller, obtains GPS satellite positioning information through the GPS module, and then communicates bidirectionally with the user terminal via a public mobile communication module and public mobile communication base station, issuing local sound and light alarms, and achieving mobile, instantaneous control. It is characterized in that the sensor fusion information is obtained after extraction, fusion, and decision-making by the tilt sensor, microwave Doppler sensor triggering the infrared sensor, vibration sensor, Hall switch component, and air pressure sensor. The user terminal sends control commands to the main controller after identity verification, achieving intelligent zero false alarm automatic monitoring.

The MK116T tilt sensor developed and produced by Msensor Sensor can be well applied in this control system, including both the control part and the execution part. Its tilt data acquisition part includes a tilt sensor with a built-in GPS module, with the signal output interface of the tilt sensor connected to the analog-to-digital conversion interface of the control part's microcontroller, and the signal end of the ignition lock connected to the input-output interface of the microcontroller; the microcontroller is connected to the GSM module via a serial port; the user's phone number and other personal information are preset in the microcontroller. The execution part includes a control circuit for the relay controlling the vehicle's main power supply connected to the microcontroller's input-output interface, and the vehicle alarm system connected to the microcontroller's input-output interface. The tilt sensor can not only measure the posture of the vehicle body but also provide the location of the vehicle, offering reliable latitude and longitude for the tracking system, thus shortening the time for solving cases.
