The representative director of KJ Technology from South Korea visited Msensor Sensor.

On October 27, Mr. Kim Neung-ki, the representative director of KJ from South Korea, visited Maiko Sensor. Our engineers, Engineer Zhang and sales colleague Engineer Li, received the client and provided a detailed introduction to the company's main products. Mr. Kim gained a thorough understanding and engaged in technical exchanges regarding our company's production of tilt sensors and settlement sensors (static level gauges), reaching a preliminary cooperation intention. They also toured the production area, and both parties conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation matters. Wuxi Maiko Sensor Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the Internet of Things and sensors, focusing on tilt sensors, tilt switches, and electric.

Msensor Sensor Tilt Sensor Application Monitoring IoT Billboard System

Msensor Sensor's tilt sensor is used to monitor the IoT billboard system. Once the tilt angle of the billboard exceeds the set safety value, the monitoring data will be transmitted in real-time via a wireless network. Based on the monitoring results, automated warnings will be issued, sending reminder messages to notify relevant departments to address various safety hazards promptly. Recently, in many cities, during severe weather such as strong winds, we have to be extra cautious when walking under these 'giants (large billboards)'. Especially in coastal cities, which are affected by typhoons every year. Msensor Sensor aims to improve urban safety management levels and facilitate regulatory units.

In August 2018, Msensor Sensor's automatic monitoring of settlement inclinometers ensured the safe construction of bridge foundations.

Solution Based on the situation of the bridge and the excavation of the foundation pit, we set up monitoring points on the bridge piers and beams. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, we communicated multiple times with the owner to design and optimize the construction plan. We independently developed an automated remote monitoring system for the tilt and settlement of building structures. By installing static level instruments and tilt sensors throughout the bridge, we monitor the settlement and tilt of the main body of the bridge. The monitoring data of settlement and angle is displayed in real-time on the central control computer and mobile phone, providing early warning of the construction conditions on site. With the help of intelligent monitoring from sensors, we minimize the safety risks and hidden dangers of bridge construction. The beam section is equipped with 2GNS.

Msensor Sensor's tilt sensor passed the JISD1601 rail transit impact resonance testing batch inspection.

On August 12, 2018, Msensor Sensor's tilt sensor passed the JISD1601 rail transit impact resonance test batch inspection.

Msensor Sensors is accepting university students for visits and internships during the summer.

On July 28, Msensor Sensors welcomed university students for an internship to visit the "Tilt Sensor Equipment and Production Line," gaining a comprehensive understanding of the research, production, and application of tilt sensors. Engineer Wang provided detailed introductions to the principles and applications of tilt sensors, inertial sensors, and IoT sensors. The real-life display in the exhibition hall allowed students to better understand the application of the products. Visiting the production workshop, this visit by university students to our company represents a further deepening of Msensor Sensors' school-enterprise cooperation in industry-university-research collaboration. We will continue to provide more practical opportunities for students, helping them to combine theory with practice.

Msensor Sensor has developed a new generation of MK-PB portable brake performance tester.

1.1 Portable braking performance tester for vehicles. By recording the time history of the deceleration values output by the deceleration sensor during the braking process of the vehicle, the speed and distance can be calculated, which allows for the calculation of the average deceleration (MFDD) that meets the requirements of GB7258-2004 "Technical Conditions for the Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation" and the braking coordination time. This instrument is mainly used to test the braking performance of motor vehicles. 1.2 Measurement unit.
