Notice regarding the New Year's Day holiday in 2019:
To all new and old customers, as the New Year's Day holiday approaches in 2019, in response to the national holiday notice, the company's general management has decided that the company will operate normally on December 29, 2018. The New Year's holiday will be from December 30, 2018, to January 1, 2019. Due to a large number of customer orders, for bulk customers, the delivery period will be extended by 5 days; for customers with fewer than 5 sets ordered, the delivery period will be extended by 3 days. During the holiday, customer technical services will be available, with engineers providing remote or phone support 24 hours a day. Normal operations will resume on January 2, 2019.
