Msensor Sensors supports the offshore wind power generation industry

Recently, Msensor Sensors collaborated with a large wind power generation company in Shanghai to complete the research and development of the "Offshore Wind Power Tilt Testing System." The first batch of 100 sets of products was trialed, yielding good results and receiving high praise from customers. While the construction of onshore wind farms is rapidly developing, people have noticed some limitations in the utilization of onshore wind energy, such as large land occupation and noise pollution. Due to the abundant wind energy resources and the feasibility of technology offshore, the ocean has become a rapidly developing wind power market. However, in comparison, the maintenance of offshore wind power generation is more challenging, and traditional maintenance methods cannot be implemented. In this context, wind power companies...

Msensor Sensor has successfully achieved simultaneous display on three screens.

Recently, the R&D department of Msensor Sensors successfully achieved simultaneous display of sensor data on mobile phone screens, touch screens, and computer screens. It is reported that this is the first time in China that attitude angle sensors have realized data display on three terminals simultaneously, representing a breakthrough in data display and control technology in the domestic industry. A major feature of the three-screen simultaneous display is that all three terminals can serve as control ends, allowing users to read historical data detected by the sensors, download and store data via USB drives, observe data curves, and set relative zero points (for tilt angle sensors), among other powerful and convenient functions. The R&D department of Msensor Sensors pursues excellence and is brave in exploration.

Hello, Msensor Sensors attended the SENSOR+TEST 2017 exhibition in Germany.

The SENSOR+TEST 2017 International Sensor, Test and Measurement Exhibition is about to open in Nuremberg, Germany, with nearly 600 exhibitors from more than 30 countries around the world, including 5 companies from China. At the invitation of the organizer, the German Sensor Technology Association (AMA), the China Sensor and Internet of Things Industry Alliance (SIA) and the Zhejiang Internet of Things Industry Association (ZAII) organized alliance and member units to visit Germany for inspection, exhibition, and communication. Msensor Sensor Technology is showcasing its independently developed inertial attitude angle sensors and AVG gyroscope sensor series products at the exhibition.

Msensor Sensors collaborates with the IoT company 'Perceiving China' to exchange and learn in Hangzhou Lierda.

Recently, Msensor Sensor Technology, in collaboration with the Wuxi "Perceiving China" Internet of Things Chamber of Commerce, Lierda Group, Alibaba Group, and the Wuxi New District Federation of Industry and Commerce, jointly held the "Wuxi & Hangzhou IoT Enterprise Exchange Activity." The first stop of the visit was Lierda Technology Group in Hangzhou. Lierda Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise that provides IoT systems and smart product solutions. The company has a complete IoT cloud platform that can provide integrated software and hardware solutions. Currently, the company has established partnerships with many leading enterprises such as ARM, JD.com, Alibaba, IBM, Tencent, ZTE, Huawei, Haier, and Hisense.

The DMI2500 embedded industrial tilt display is used for remote data monitoring.

The DMI2500 industrial tilt sensor display instrument uses a high-performance embedded MCGS touchscreen from Kunlun Tongtai. The product quickly and accurately identifies, can transmit wirelessly or via wired connection, allows for remote monitoring, is easy to operate, and can store data in real-time (optional). The design features a 7-inch high-brightness TFT LCD display and comes pre-installed with MCGS embedded configuration software (runtime version), which has industrial image display and data processing capabilities, and can accept user software function customization. By connecting an external tilt sensor, it can be used directly as a handheld device for engineering personnel. Transmission mode (wired or wireless optional). Wireless uses Bluetooth.

Launch the photovoltaic tracking low power MK360M-GF-360 tilt sensor

The MK360M-GF-360 is a new generation of digital small-sized MEMS tilt sensor launched by Msensor Sensor Technology Company. It has a built-in dual-channel earth tilt unit that converts tilt changes. This allows for the measurement of the angle of the sensor output relative to the horizontal plane. The output method is a TTL level interface standard. Due to the built-in MCU control system, the sensor's output linearity is corrected a second time, compensating for the accuracy decline caused by insufficient correction in analog types. This product uses non-contact measurement principles, can output the current attitude tilt angle in real-time, is easy to use, and does not require the retrieval of the two surfaces for relative changes. It is suitable for industrial applications.

Troubleshooting methods for tilt sensors, electronic compasses, angle sensors, tilt switches, etc.

Possible causes of failure and solutions: Applicable products with no data output. Power not connected: Connect the red wire to the positive terminal of the power supply and the black wire to the negative terminal. Some products require 5V power supply, while others require 9-36V power supply. Ensure that the power supply voltage is normal; you can use a multimeter to check the power supply voltage. All data lines are connected incorrectly: Green is Rx connected to the Tx of another device, yellow is Tx connected to the Rx of another device. If there is no data output, try swapping the connections of Tx and Rx. All data request commands are incorrect: Data request commands are in hexadecimal, for example, 6804000105, all are hexadecimal numbers, not decimal numbers.

Msensor Sensor collaborates with Alibaba to participate in the construction of the Internet of Things Town

Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission announced the first batch of provincial-level characteristic town creation lists, and Wuxi Hongshan Internet of Things Town is on the list. In this project, Alibaba Group's Alibaba Cloud team is responsible for building smart data systems in various fields such as basic platforms, smart systems, convenient services, shared economy, and industrial intelligence. After careful selection by the Alibaba team, Msensor Sensor has become the supplier of 'posture angle' sensors in the Internet of Things Town, responsible for providing two major product categories: 'high-precision tilt sensors' and 'full posture electronic compasses.' After communication between the technical teams of Msensor and Alibaba, the basic...
