Msensor Sensors supports the offshore wind power generation industry
Recently, Maiko Sensors collaborated with a large offshore wind power company in Shanghai to develop the "Offshore Wind Power Tilt Testing System." The first batch of 100 products was trialed with good results and received high praise from the client.
While the construction of onshore wind farms is rapidly developing, people have noticed some limitations in the utilization of onshore wind energy, such as large land occupation and noise pollution. Due to the abundant wind energy resources and the feasibility of technology offshore, the ocean has become a rapidly developing wind power market. However, compared to onshore, maintaining offshore wind power generation is more challenging, and traditional maintenance methods cannot be implemented. In this context, wind power companies have joined hands with Maiko Sensors to jointly develop this detection system to safeguard offshore wind power generation.
According to customer requirements, Maiko Sensors redesigned the circuit and customized the HVT626D tilt sensor. This product has a measurement range of ±10 degrees with an accuracy of up to 0.01 degrees and a temperature zero drift of <0.008°/℃, earning recognition from the client for its excellent performance.
