LVT526T is a new generation of digital small-sized MEMS tilt sensor, equipped with a dual-channel gravitational tilt unit. It measures static gravitational acceleration and dynamic angular velocity through a combination of accelerometers and dynamic gyroscopes, converting them into tilt changes. This allows for the measurement of the sensor's output tilt and pitch angle relative to the horizontal plane. Output methods include selectable RS232, RS485, TTL, RS422, and MODBUS level interface standards. With an integrated MCU control system, the sensor's output linearity is corrected, compensating for the accuracy loss due to insufficient correction in analog types.
The product uses non-contact measurement principles, capable of real-time output of the current attitude tilt angle, making it easy to use without needing to retrieve the two surfaces for relative changes. It is an ideal choice for industrial automation control and platform attitude measurement, with strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference, suitable for long-term operation in harsh industrial environments.
