The LVT528T series tilt sensor is a compact dual-axis current output tilt sensor developed by Msensor Sensor Technology, with output currents of 4-20mA, 0-20mA, and 0-24mA available. Long-distance transmission can reach over 2500 meters. It supports TTL, RS232, and RS485 communication, and comes with upper computer software, allowing users to set the output range independently. It uses a non-contact measurement principle, can output the current tilt angle in real-time, with an accuracy of up to 0.1°, is easy to use, and does not require the retrieval of the relative changes of the two installation surfaces.
Mainly aimed at application markets with high limitations on size and cost. Due to the built-in MEMS tilt unit (a combination of dynamic accelerometer and gyroscope), it is small in size, low in power consumption, and has high consistency and stability due to micro-electromechanical processes, with strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for long-term operation in harsh industrial environments. It is a cost-effective tilt module and an ideal choice for measuring the posture of industrial equipment and platforms!
