The LVT416T product is a new generation of digital small-sized MEMS tilt sensor, which has a built-in dual-channel gravitational tilt unit. It measures static gravitational acceleration and converts it into tilt changes. This allows for the measurement of the sensor's output tilt and pitch angles relative to the horizontal plane. Output methods include selectable RS232, RS485, TTL, RS422, and MODBUS level interface standards. Due to the built-in MCU control system, the sensor's output linearity is corrected a second time, compensating for the accuracy loss caused by insufficient correction in analog types.
The product uses non-contact measurement principles, can output the current attitude tilt angle in real-time, is easy to use, and does not require finding the two surfaces for relative changes during installation. It is an ideal choice for industrial automation control and platform attitude measurement, resistant to external electromagnetic interference, and can adapt to long-term operation in harsh industrial environments.
