The LVT426T series is a new generation of digital small-volume MEMS tilt sensors developed by Msensor Sensors, specifically targeting application markets with high limitations on size and cost. It features selectable output methods including RS232, RS485, RS422, Modbus, and TTL level interfaces. It has a built-in dual-channel gravitational tilt unit that measures dynamic gravitational acceleration and uses an angular velocity combination algorithm to convert it into tilt changes. This allows for the measurement of the sensor's output tilt and pitch angle relative to the horizontal plane.
The built-in MCU control system allows for secondary correction of the sensor's output linearity, compensating for the accuracy loss due to insufficient correction in analog types. It operates in a wide temperature range of -40 to +85°C and can output the current attitude tilt in real-time, making it easy to use without needing to retrieve the relative changes of the two mounting surfaces. It is an ideal choice for industrial automation control and platform attitude measurement, with strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference, suitable for long-term operation in harsh industrial environments.
