MK428T is a dual-axis current output tilt sensor developed by Msensor Sensor for domestic production, with an output voltage of 0-20mA and an optional 4-20mA, and it can communicate via TTL simultaneously. It mainly targets application markets with high restrictions on size, cost, and localization rate. Due to the built-in MEMS micro-electromechanical production process tilt unit, it is small in size, low in power consumption, highly consistent and stable, with strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference and strong ability to withstand shock and vibration. It aims to overcome the technical barriers of independent research and development for domestic manufacturing of equipment.
More than 85% of the components are domestically produced, with core internal components including MCU microcontrollers, AD modules, signal processors, power circuits, output circuits, etc. It can output the current tilt angle in real-time, is easy to use, and does not require retrieving the two surfaces for relative changes. All products are calibrated, temperature compensated, and undergo long-term aging stability tests before leaving the factory, with each process being precise and rigorous to ensure reliability under different working conditions and over long usage cycles.
