DMI2600 is a real-time monitoring system developed by Msensor Sensors for detecting the verticality and inclination of drill rods during the construction of rotary drilling and pile foundation works. It provides timely warnings, corrections, and detection capabilities; it is easy to operate, accurately identifies issues, supports remote monitoring, can store data in real-time (optional), and offers a zero-point setting function that can be completed with just a light press, enhancing practical usability and industrial reliability. The display instrument features a 4.3-inch high-brightness TFT LCD screen, based on a high-performance embedded system with a Linux kernel, capable of industrial image display and data processing, and allows for user software function customization.
The display instrument supports two connection methods with the sensor: wired transmission (RS232, RS485) and wireless ZigBee communication with the inclination sensor; the wired option comes with a standard 1.5-meter cable (customizable cable length up to 1200 meters), and the wireless transmission distance for ZigBee is less than 450 meters.
