The MK730T is a voltage output dual-axis X and Y direction tilt angle sensor (referred to as 'tilt sensor') developed by Msensor Sensor for the localization of components and high-precision tilt measurement modules. It outputs 0-5V, 0.5-4.5V, and 0-10V options, supports RS232, and RS485 is optional; over 85% of the components are domestically sourced. The internal core components include an MCU microcontroller, high-precision 16-bit A/D module, temperature sensor, signal processor, power circuit, output circuit, etc. It aims to overcome the technical barriers of independent research and development for domestic equipment manufacturing.
The product is equipped with a built-in three-axis accelerometer and gyroscope, using dynamic and static fusion algorithms. When the working environment is in static mode, a static algorithm is used internally; when in dynamic mode, a dynamic algorithm is employed, allowing for both static stability and dynamic measurement of objects. All units are calibrated, temperature compensated, and undergo long-term aging stability tests before leaving the factory. Each process is precise and rigorous, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and over long usage periods. It features simple integration and easy installation; just secure the sensor to the surface of the object being measured with screws, and it will automatically calculate the object's horizontal angle, making it user-friendly.
