MK535T is a digital three-axis X, Y, Z direction tilt angle sensor (referred to as 'tilt sensor') developed by Msensor Sensor for the localization of component tilt measurement modules. It supports CAN2.0 and CANopen protocols; over 85% of the components are domestically sourced, with core internal components including MCU microcontroller, AD module, signal processor, power circuit, output circuit, etc. It aims to overcome the technical barriers of independent research and development for domestic equipment manufacturing.
The product is equipped with a three-axis accelerometer and gyroscope, using dynamic and static fusion algorithms. When the working environment is in static mode, a static algorithm is used internally; when in dynamic mode, a dynamic algorithm is employed, allowing for both static stability and dynamic measurement of objects. All units are calibrated, temperature compensated, and undergo long-term aging stability tests before leaving the factory, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and over long usage periods. The accompanying computer analysis software can display and record measurement data in real-time, with multiple output options including RS232, RS485, RS422, and TTL. It is easy to integrate and install; simply secure the sensor to the surface of the object being measured with screws, and it will automatically calculate the object's horizontal angle, making it user-friendly.
