MK538T is a dual-axis X and Y direction tilt angle sensor (referred to as 'tilt sensor') developed by Msensor Sensor for the localization of component tilt measurement modules. It outputs 0-20mA, with 4-20mA as an option, and supports RS232 while RS485 can be customized. Over 85% of the components are domestically sourced, with core internal components including an MCU microcontroller, AD module, signal processor, power circuit, and output circuit. This aims to overcome the technical barriers of independent research and development for domestic equipment manufacturing.
The product is equipped with a three-axis accelerometer and gyroscope, utilizing a dynamic and static fusion algorithm. When the working environment is in static mode, a static algorithm is used internally; when in dynamic mode, a dynamic algorithm is employed, allowing for both static stability and dynamic measurement of objects. All units are calibrated, temperature compensated, and undergo long-term aging stability tests before leaving the factory. Each process is precise and rigorous, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and over long usage periods. It features simple integration and easy installation, requiring only screws to fix the sensor to the surface of the object being measured, allowing for automatic calculation of the object's horizontal angle, making it user-friendly.
