MK810A Precision Series High-Precision Angle Sensor (Absolute Encoder, Angle Displacement Sensor), accuracy 0.02°, supports setting range, uses integrated MEMS technology, low power consumption, built-in high-precision 16-bit A/D converter, multiple output options RS232, TTL, RS485, RS422, CAN, 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-24mA. It applies magnetic induction technology, precision bearings, uses differential array magnetic sensitive elements, non-contact measurement of the rotating shaft, by sensing the parallel magnetic field strength of the permanent magnet installed at one end of the rotating shaft, processed by MCU, with linearity correction, temperature compensation, self-developed filtering algorithm, programmable intelligent control with multiple segments of different slopes to improve measurement accuracy.
All products are calibrated before leaving the factory, protected against reverse and pulse peak voltage, and undergo long-term aging stability tests. Each process is precise and rigorous, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and long-term usage cycles; features contactless, long life, high resolution, low temperature drift, excellent linearity, precise reset, high frequency response, multiple protections, anti-interference, vibration and impact resistance, suitable for various harsh industrial environments such as water, oil, and gas, making it a cost-effective angle sensor. It is also an ideal product for upgrading contact-type angle sensors (such as conductive plastic potentiometers, encoders, angle displacement sensors).
