The MK380A series angle sensor (absolute encoder, angular displacement sensor) uses MEMS technology and magnetic induction technology, employing differential array magnetic sensitive elements and non-contact measurement of the rotating shaft. It senses the parallel magnetic field strength of a permanent magnet installed at one end of the shaft, processes it through an MCU, and achieves programmable intelligent control for linearity correction, temperature compensation, output signal standardization, digital filtering, zero point setting, and multi-segment different slope settings, to output the absolute angular position of the sensor within a range of 0 to 360°. Accuracy is 0.2°, with output options including RS232, RS485, RS422, CAN, 0-5V, 0.5-4.5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, and 0-20mA.
All products are calibrated before leaving the factory, protected against reverse and pulse peak voltage, and undergo long-term aging stability tests. Each process is precise and rigorous, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and long usage cycles. It features contactless operation, long lifespan, high resolution, low temperature drift, excellent linearity, precise reset, high frequency response, multiple protections, anti-interference, vibration and impact resistance, and is suitable for various harsh industrial environments such as water, oil, gas, and vibration, making it a cost-effective angle sensor. It is also an ideal product for upgrading contact-type angle sensors (such as conductive plastic potentiometers, encoders, and angular displacement sensors).
