The MK310A low-cost series magnetic angle sensor (absolute encoder, angular displacement sensor) uses MEMS technology to integrate nano-magnetic cluster thin film materials with differential array magnetic sensitive elements, sensing the changes in the rotating magnetic field without contact. The system integrates a microprocessor (micro-computer) with a current transmitter and various protection circuits. Through DSP processing, it achieves linearity correction, temperature compensation, standardization of output signals according to range, digital filtering, zero point setting, and programmable intelligent control with different slope settings in multiple segments, enabling measurement of absolute position output at user-defined angles within the range of 0 to 360°.
This sensor is powered by a supply voltage of 9V to 36V, with protection against reverse and pulse peak voltage. It has an accuracy of 0.5° and offers multiple output options including RS232, RS485, RS422, CAN, 0-5V, 0.5-4.5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, and 0-20mA. The magnetic angle sensor features contactless operation, long lifespan, high resolution, low temperature drift, excellent linearity, precise reset, high frequency response, multiple protections, anti-interference, vibration and shock resistance, and is suitable for various harsh industrial environments such as water, oil, gas, vibration, and impact, making it an ideal angle sensor with excellent cost-performance ratio. It also serves as a replacement product for contact-type angle sensors (such as conductive plastic potentiometers).
