MK410A series high-precision angle sensors (absolute encoders, angular displacement sensors) combine embedded microprocessors with CNC angular second-level calibration devices, allowing for programmed calibration and conversion, with high-precision measurement of 0.1º. Various outputs are available including RS232, RS485, RS422, CAN, 0-5V, 0.5-4.5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, and 0-20mA. The magnetic-sensitive angle sensor uses MEMS technology to integrate nano-magnetic cluster thin film materials with differential array magnetic-sensitive elements, enabling non-contact sensing of changes in the rotating magnetic field. The system integrates micro-processing (micro-computer) with voltage and current transmitters and various protection circuits. Through DSP processing, it provides programmable intelligent control for linearity correction, temperature compensation, standardization of output signals according to range, digital filtering, zero point setting, and multi-segment different slope settings.
The magnetic-sensitive angle sensor features contactless operation, long lifespan, high resolution, low temperature drift, excellent linearity, precise reset, high frequency response, multiple protections, anti-interference, vibration and shock resistance, making it an ideal angle sensor for various harsh industrial environments including water, oil, gas, vibration, and impact. It is also a product that updates traditional contact-type angle sensors (such as conductive plastic potentiometers).
