The MK7100-IS-EPC is a dual-axis tilt sensor developed by Msensor Sensor for industrial site control and explosion-proof hazardous chemical tilt measurement. It features an internal MCU, MEMS tilt module, power circuit, and output circuit optimized through protective design. Each product undergoes full temperature range calibration compensation and a two-week long-term stability test before leaving the factory, ensuring optimal performance indicators under different working conditions and long testing periods.
The product integrates two output protocols, including the industrial standard MODBUS protocol, with multiple output interfaces such as RS232, TTL, RS485, RS422, and CAN available for easy system integration. The accompanying computer analysis software can display and record measurement data in real-time. Installation is convenient; simply use screws to fix the sensor to the surface of the object being measured, and it will automatically calculate the object's horizontal angle, making it easy to use. It has strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference and can withstand shock and vibration, widely used in engineering machinery and tilt monitoring.
