The ZB-ML7000 is a nine-axis IMU attitude sensor (angle, acceleration, angular velocity) launched by Msensor Sensor Technology, mainly used to measure the deflection angle, acceleration, and angular velocity of moving objects. The product is equipped with a high-performance digital signal processing chip, adopts adaptive filtering technology, and for the first time in the country, employs resonance elimination technology to solve the zero drift and random walk of angular velocity caused by noise or vibration interference sources. It introduces advanced temperature compensation technology from abroad to filter out temperature drift issues. It has a small size, low power consumption, calibrated structure, and excellent deviation stability. The new electronic configuration provides a solid-state power supply for reset and comprehensive protection against overcurrent, with long-term stability of the scale factor across the full range and typical deviation values less than 0.1%.
Based on IoT technology, Bluetooth, and Zigbee (optional) wireless transmission technology, all internal circuits are optimized for good long-term stability and low zero drift. It can automatically enter a low-power sleep mode, thus freeing itself from dependence on the usage environment; the wireless transmission distance for industrial-grade equipment is: Bluetooth <50 meters, Zigbee <1600 meters. It is mainly used to measure the deflection angle of moving objects, as well as in vibration testing, impact testing, and other fields. This product is not affected by magnetic field interference, allowing it to measure yaw angles normally in magnetic field areas.
