SVT642T is a high-precision 0.01°, compact, low power consumption, high consistency and stability, dual-axis 4-way 2-channel tilt switch; operating temperature reaches industrial grade -40℃ to 85℃, the switch action point alarm threshold is calibrated at the factory, and the accompanying computer debugging software allows users to set the switch action point and trigger delay time.
The product design is precise, with additional compensation for temperature and linearity, integrating comprehensive protection functions such as short circuit, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, and surge. Each process is precise and rigorous, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and long-term usage cycles; it has 2 sets of relay output circuits (normally open and normally closed contacts) built-in. When the tilt value exceeds the preset alarm threshold, it will output a non-latching relay signal (driving current 1A), and can also output a voltage signal (output voltage = supply voltage), driving solenoid valves to shut down hydraulic systems, buzzers, alarm lights... automatically warning personnel for safe construction, widely used in the engineering machinery field.
