The MK311T Msensor sensor is a domestically developed single-axis two-way one-channel tilt switch for measuring the tilt angle of components. It measures tilt angles in any direction with a horizontal range of 360° and vertical orientation. It uses the RTU Modbus protocol, and the core internal components, including the MCU processor, MEMS tilt unit, power circuit, and output circuit, are produced domestically. This is aimed at domestic equipment manufacturing, overcoming the technical barriers of independent research and development.
All products are calibrated, temperature compensated, and undergo long-term aging stability tests before leaving the factory. Each process is precise and rigorous, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and over long usage periods; the measurement range is 0~±180°, with a built-in relay output circuit (normally open and normally closed contacts). When the tilt angle exceeds the preset alarm threshold, it will output a non-latching relay signal (driving current 1A).It can also output a voltage signal (output voltage = supply voltage).This can drive solenoid valves to shut down hydraulic systems, buzzers, alarm lights, etc., to automatically warn personnel of safe construction.
The accompanying computer debugging software has the alarm threshold calibrated at the factory, and users can also set their own alarm angle thresholds.
