HDS638T is a new generation MEMS dynamic tilt sensor that can measure tilt data under moving carriers or strong vibration conditions. Dynamic measurement accuracy is 0.5°, static accuracy is 0.06°, with small size, low power consumption, high consistency and stability. Voltage output options are 0-20mA and 4-20mA, with simultaneous RS232 and customizable RS485; it has a built-in MCU control system, vertical gyroscope, and accelerometer, integrated attitude resolver, using optimal digital filtering algorithms to reduce noise, combined with N-order Kalman filtering algorithms, through various compensations such as nonlinear compensation, orthogonal compensation, and temperature drift, to eliminate sources of error and improve measurement accuracy.
The product design is precise, with additional compensation for temperature and linearity, integrating comprehensive protection functions against short circuits, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, and surge. Each process is precise and rigorous, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and long-term usage cycles; widely used in the field of industrial automation control.
