The HCM500 is a high-precision 6-axis full-attitude electronic compass launched by Msensor Sensor Needle. It has a long strip shape with a width of only 1.9 cm, and is composed of a highly reliable industrial-grade microcontroller, high-precision tilt sensors, magnetic sensors, and driver chips. The self-developed hard and soft magnetic calibration algorithms allow the compass to eliminate the influence of magnetic fields through calibration algorithms even in environments with magnetic field interference; the tilt compensation algorithm compensates for heading over a wide range of tilt angles.
The HCM500 integrates three-axis fluxgate technology, calculating heading in real-time through a central processor. With an optimized extended Kalman filtering algorithm, it can provide real-time high-precision attitude information even in extremely harsh environments; it is convenient for users to apply in various fields such as satellite tracking, oil geological exploration, optical rangefinders, GPS-assisted navigation, individual combat equipment, marine surveying, underwater navigation, and mechanical control. Orders for this product can choose between a fully packaged product or a circuit board.
