The ZB-HMI600-Modbus protocol is a self-developed ultra-low power, compact, and high-performance wireless tilt sensor by Msensor Sensor, designed for industry applications where users have no power supply or need real-time dynamic measurement of object posture angles. It is powered by a lithium battery and uses IoT technology with Bluetooth and Zigbee (optional) wireless transmission. All internal circuits are optimized, utilizing industrial-grade MCUs, three-proof PCBs, imported cables, and wide-temperature metal enclosures to enhance the product's industrial level, ensuring long-term stability and minimal zero drift. It can automatically enter a low-power sleep mode, thus freeing it from dependence on the usage environment.
The product features a compact structure and precise design, with additional compensation for temperature and linearity. It integrates comprehensive protection functions against short circuits, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, and surge, making it simple and convenient to use. The wireless digital signal transmission eliminates the cumbersome wiring and noise interference caused by long cable transmission. The industrial-grade design offers extremely high measurement accuracy and anti-interference capability. Wireless sensor nodes can form a large wireless network, supporting thousands of measurement points for simultaneous tilt monitoring. It comes with professional computer software, requiring no on-site survey, allowing real-time data measurement and recording of the measured object's status. It is suitable for industrial sites, dilapidated houses, ancient buildings, civil engineering, and various tower tilt deformation for remote real-time monitoring and analysis needs in safety monitoring systems.
