The ZB-HMI500-Modbus protocol is a self-developed ultra-low power, compact, and high-performance wireless tilt sensor by Msensor Sensor, designed for industry applications where users have no power supply or need real-time dynamic measurement of object posture angles. Based on IoT technology, it utilizes Bluetooth and Zigbee (optional) wireless transmission technology. All internal circuits are optimized for long-term stability and minimal zero drift, and it can automatically enter a low-power sleep mode, thus eliminating dependence on the usage environment. The wireless transmission distance for industrial-grade equipment is: Bluetooth <50 meters, Zigbee <1600 meters.
The product features a compact structure and precise design, with additional compensation for temperature and linearity. It integrates comprehensive protection functions against short circuits, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, and surge, making it simple and convenient to use. The wireless digital signal transmission method eliminates the cumbersome wiring and noise interference caused by long cable transmission. The industrial-grade design offers extremely high measurement accuracy and anti-interference capability. Wireless sensor nodes can form a large wireless network, supporting thousands of measurement points for simultaneous tilt monitoring. It comes with professional computer software, eliminating the need for on-site surveys, allowing real-time data measurement and recording of the measured object's status. It is suitable for industrial sites, dangerous old buildings, ancient architecture, civil engineering, and remote real-time monitoring and analysis of various tower deformations, as well as safety monitoring systems.
