HCM365V is a high-precision all-attitude three-dimensional electronic compass, integrating digital signal RS232 output and analog output of 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, with an IP67 waterproof rating. It uses hard iron and soft iron calibration algorithms, allowing it to provide high-precision heading information within a 360° roll and +/-90° tilt range. HCM365V is specially optimized for applications in the oil well logging field, making it very suitable for inclinometer systems. HCM365V can manually or automatically output tilt angle, azimuth angle, and tool face angle information, and can also output the current magnetic field component magnitude. Users only need to connect HCM365V to the data transmission circuit to form a high-precision inclinometer.
The precise attitude of the product output carrier can be used in systems with full attitude rotation. This product features hard magnetic, soft magnetic, and tilt compensation, providing high-precision measurement values after compass output calibration. It integrates three-axis fluxgate technology, calculating heading in real-time through a central processor, and uses a three-axis accelerometer for heading compensation of the tilt angle, ensuring accurate heading data even in extremely harsh environments. Its small size and low power consumption make it widely used in various fields such as oil well logging, antenna pointing, vehicle navigation, and attitude systems.
