LVT536T-Z is a high-performance single-channel switch output tilt switch launched by Msensor Sensor Technology, capable of measuring tilt angles in any direction with a horizontal 360° vertical attitude. When the tilt angle exceeds the preset threshold, it will output a switch signal to drive the solenoid valve. The alarm threshold is calibrated at the factory, and it has a built-in relay, which can also output a voltage signal (output voltage = supply voltage). Users can also set their own alarm angle threshold.
The product integrates imported core components, targeting industries related to horizontal safety alarms and platform leveling monitoring. It uses a transistor output circuit that can drive solenoid valves to shut down hydraulic systems, buzzers, and alarm lights... automatically warning personnel for safe construction. The product design is precise, with additional compensation for temperature and linearity, and integrates comprehensive protection functions against short circuits, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, and surges, making it suitable for various harsh industrial environments.
