LVT544T is a high-performance voltage output dual-axis four-direction digital tilt switch, with a measurement range of 0~±90°. When the tilt angle exceeds the preset tilt threshold, it will output a switch signal (output voltage = supply voltage) to drive the solenoid valve. The alarm threshold is calibrated at the factory, and users can also set the alarm angle threshold themselves.
The product integrates imported core units, targeting industries related to horizontal safety alarms and platform leveling monitoring. It uses a transistor output circuit that can drive solenoid valves to shut down hydraulic systems, buzzers, alarm lights... automatically warning personnel for safe construction. The product design is precise, with additional compensation for temperature and linearity, and integrates comprehensive protection functions against short circuits, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, surge, etc., making it suitable for various harsh industrial environments.
