The LVT429T single board product is a new generation of digital small-sized MEMS tilt sensor, which has a built-in dual-channel gravity tilt unit. It measures dynamic gravitational acceleration and converts it into tilt changes. This allows for the measurement of the sensor's output tilt and pitch angle relative to the horizontal plane. Output methods include RS232, RS485, TTL, CAN, and MODBUS level interface standards available for selection. Due to the built-in MCU control system, the sensor's output linearity is corrected a second time, compensating for the accuracy decline caused by insufficient correction in analog types.
The product uses non-contact measurement principles, can output the current attitude tilt angle in real-time, is easy to use, and does not require finding the two surfaces for relative changes. It is an ideal choice for industrial automation control and platform attitude measurement, with strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference and can adapt to long-term work in harsh industrial environments.
