LVT532T is a high-performance relay output single-axis single-channel tilt switch, with a measurement range of 0~±180°. It has a built-in relay output circuit. When the tilt value exceeds the preset alarm threshold, it will output a normally open relay signal (driving current 1A) to open the solenoid valve for corresponding hydraulic leg leveling. The alarm threshold is calibrated at the factory, and users can also set the alarm angle threshold themselves.
The product integrates imported core components, targeting applications related to horizontal safety alarms and platform leveling monitoring. It uses a transistor output circuit that can drive solenoid valves to shut down hydraulic systems, buzzers, alarm lights, etc., to automatically warn personnel for safe construction. The product design is precise, with additional compensation for temperature and linearity, and integrates comprehensive protection functions against short circuits, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, surge, etc., making it suitable for various harsh industrial environments.
