Tilt sensor application for monitoring the navigation posture of ships
The tilt sensor is generally installed on the horizontal platform of the ship's deck to measure the tilt angle of the hull itself during navigation or when docking. There is a risk of capsizing when the hull exceeds 35°, so the tilt angle should not exceed 35°. When the hull's angle is greater than 15°, an alarm signal is required, and necessary protective measures should be taken or the ship's engine should be forcibly stopped to ensure safe navigation, especially in windy and rough conditions.
