Tilt sensors and static level gauges are used for monitoring the tilt and settlement of gates.
The Jiangsu Province Jianbi Ship Lock Management Office (located in Zhenjiang City) uses our company's tilt sensors and static level gauges for deformation observation of the ship lock gates (mainly tilt and settlement observation). The general plan is as follows:
System Composition
The automatic monitoring system for gate deformation mainly consists of a liquid storage tank, connecting pipes, static level gauges, and a deformation monitoring backend. The specifics are as follows:
① Liquid storage tank ② Reference point level gauge
③ Monitoring point level gauge ④ Wireless gateway
⑤ Solar panel ⑥ Liquid transfer pipe (red)
⑦ Air transfer pipe (yellow) ⑧ Observation cable (black)
During the deformation observation process, static level gauges are evenly distributed along approximately equal elevation lines according to the direction of the gate, mainly placing monitoring nodes on the gate. Settlement observation is conducted jointly by the liquid storage tank, reference point, and test points, enabling functions such as storage, preprocessing, management analysis, visualization analysis, and limit warning of settlement monitoring data.
Plan Design
According to the specific situation of the Jianbi Ship Lock, it is necessary to install a total of 4 high-precision settlement monitoring gates with 8 leaves. Based on the requirement to monitor key positions at the gate head and tail, the proposed plan is: each gate forms an independent monitoring unit, meaning each unit includes 1 liquid storage tank (blue rectangle), 1 reference device (red triangle), and 2 monitoring devices (red dots), with a total of 8 independent monitoring units (green circles) forming a deformation monitoring system.
