HIM335 9-axis attitude and orientation reference system integrated robot human-machine navigation

       1. Experimental Background The "Asia-Pacific University Student Robot Competition Domestic Selection Activity" is a brand event program of the Children's Channel of China Central Television, which has been successfully held for six sessions. This event was initiated in 2002 by the "Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union" (ABU) and is held annually to select the champion team of domestic robot production to compete for the crown in the Asia-Pacific region. Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications has registered this year, using AHRS for the robot's three-axis measurement, and is expected to enter the final championship competition.

        2. Sensor Performance A micro system for measuring attitude and heading (AHRS). The internal processor has low power consumption. The output heading angle has no drift, while providing calibrated three-dimensional acceleration, angular velocity, and magnetic field strength. It is an excellent measurement product for the stability and control of cameras, robots, vehicles, and other series of equipment. Technical Specifications Item Angular Rate Acceleration Geomagnetic Field Dimension Three-axis Three-axis Three-axis Full Scale ±300deg/s ±50m/s² ±750mGauss Linearity 0.1% of FS 0.5% of FS 0.2% of FS Zero Stability 1σ 5deg/s 0.02m/s² 0.5mGauss Scale Factor Stability 1σ - 0.05% 0.5% Noise Density 0.1deg/s/√Hz 0.02m/s²/√Hz 0.5mGauss (1σ) Axis Calibration Error 0.1deg 0.1deg 0.1deg Bandwidth (Standard) 40Hz 30Hz 10Hz.

         3. Installation Method The sensor has an internal magnetic sensor, and it is recommended to install it at least 30cm away from ferromagnetic materials. The mounting screws should be made of copper or aluminum and should include shock-absorbing devices.

HIM335 9-axis attitude and heading reference system, with three axes (gyroscope, accelerometer, magnetometer) and temperature sensor, precise attitude measurement in motion and vibration harsh environments, high-performance drift stability, 100HZ update rate, wide temperature range: -40℃~+85℃, output interface: TTL/RS232 optional.
