1. What is a tower crane and hoisting monitoring system?
The remote safety monitoring system for tower cranes and hoisting equipment is also known as the tower crane black box. The function of the tower crane black box is to record the usage status of the crane throughout its operation and to standardize the manufacturing, installation, and usage behaviors of tower cranes, thereby controlling and reducing the occurrence of production safety accidents. It is reported that this tower crane black box can effectively prevent misoperation and overload; if there is an operational error or if the rated load is exceeded, the system will issue an alarm or automatically cut off the power supply, forcing the termination of illegal operations.
