Precise monitoring of the swing angle of the rocking children's chair
1. The monitoring of the swing angle of the children's seat is precise, and the monitoring data is saved. The entire system is simple and easy to use, making it convenient for quality inspection personnel to operate.
2. A fixed bracket is added between the tilt sensor and the swing arm to stabilize it on the swing arm of the equipment to be tested. The bracket is made of plastic material to minimize the impact of the sensor's weight on data collection.
3. The tilt sensor displays the detection status in real-time, with a testing accuracy of 1 degree. The working environment temperature is between -2 to 40 ℃.
4. Automatic alarm:
(1) During the testing process, if the product exceeds the set threshold, the threshold interface can be adjusted by itself. The software will automatically pop up an alarm, and the computer will issue a voice prompt indicating the product is unqualified, providing feedback to the operator.
(2) Testing parameters: The testing time is 60 seconds (interface adjustable).
(3) Alarm parameters: Data after 20 seconds within the testing time, if the swing amplitude is less than 11 degrees, the system will alarm; if the swing amplitude is greater than 18 degrees, the system will alarm.
(4) The alarm needs to have a voice prompt and a system pop-up prompt.
