Absolute angle displacement sensor
The angular displacement sensor (also known as the 'angle sensor') is used to detect the stroke angle. It is divided into incremental angular displacement sensors and absolute angular displacement sensors.
Msensor Sensor R&D is based on magnetic-sensitive absolute angular displacement sensors, using the principle of internal magnetic field induction, with no contacts and no wear. The principle of magnetic field induction combined with the aluminum alloy shell protects the circuit, giving the sensor good protective performance. Additionally, the internal structure reinforcement processing technology ensures that the sensor can operate stably in high vibration and impact working environments, greatly improving the sensor's performance and application fields. It can be applied in areas requiring precise displacement measurement, such as automobiles, engineering machinery, servo systems, injection molding machines, woodworking machinery, printers, robots, engineering monitoring, and computer-controlled motion devices.
Absolute angular displacement sensors include single-turn angular displacement sensors and multi-turn angular displacement sensors; various output interfaces are available, and the product structure includes hollow sensors and shaft sensors; assembly methods include matching with flange plates, connecting brackets, and other auxiliary accessories.
