The inclination sensor is used for safe operation in coal washing and mining machinery.
The open-pit coal mining machine, as the name suggests, is a coal mining machine used for extracting open-pit mines. To ensure the safe operation of the coal washing machine, the entire equipment's chassis needs to be leveled before work, ensuring construction safety. By installing an LVG726T dynamic tilt sensor to measure the tilt angle of the chassis in various directions, the angle output signal is sent to the PLC to drive the hydraulic cylinder to achieve leveling of the chassis. The angle measurement of the arm is used to calculate the lifting height and prevent excessive lifting that could cause the entire equipment to tip over, resulting in property damage and casualties.
The open-pit mining machine operates for long periods in high temperatures, high dust, and corrosive environments, with sensors acting as the machine's senses. If the sensors malfunction, it greatly impacts work efficiency and safety. The LVG726T dynamic tilt sensor is suitable for various harsh environments such as water, oil, gas, and dust, with high sensitivity and durability.
