Dual-axis tilt angle sensor for measuring and controlling the verticality of the mast of rotary drilling rigs and pile drivers.

The verticality of the mast determines whether the drilled hole is qualified, especially for pile drivers, where verticality is an important indicator of the reliability of the building. Therefore, maintaining good verticality or drilling at a certain angle is a common issue encountered during construction. In the electric-hydraulic control system, a dual-axis tilt sensor can be directly installed on the mast to achieve this function. At the same time, operators can input tilt data through the PLC human-machine interface device, and the drilling machine will automatically drill at the set angle.

  Recommended matching scheme:

(1)Dual-axis tilt sensor+ Tilt display instrument

Choose the HMI-336T dual-axis digital tilt sensor to monitor the current angle value in real-time. This is a dual-axis measuring level sensor, paired with the DMI2500 tilt display instrument, which allows for an intuitive view of the vertical angle value on the screen.

This scheme is the simplest and offers the best cost-performance ratio. Our company has provided this configuration to many enterprises.

The instrument can be placed in the cab, can be installed through a hole, or directly fixed in a convenient position. The sensor is installed on the mast and connected to the instrument via a dedicated connection cable. Just connect the instrument to a 24V DC power supply. Connection cables are available in lengths of 2 meters, 5 meters, 10 meters, 12 meters, 15 meters, etc.

  Function description:

  1. Absolute angle display (default screen)

  2. Relative angle display (switch screens using the up and down arrows)

  3. Relative zero point reset (6 numeric keys to set the zero point)

  4. Alarm angle setting (switch to the alarm angle setting interface to set the alarm angle value)
