High-speed rail subsidence monitoring system

Our company has signed a cooperation agreement with relevant companies for the real-time online monitoring project of high-speed railway station house track settlement, providing real-time online monitoring data for track settlement with a foundation inclinometer, and can set corresponding alarm thresholds. The alarm will notify the relevant responsible person immediately through a sound and light integrated alarm and automatic SMS push.

The foundation inclinometer settlement monitoring provided by our company is based on Internet+ big data services, collecting monitoring data in real-time through a cloud platform. No matter where you are, as long as you have internet access, you can view the settlement data in real-time through a computer or mobile phone.

1. System Overview

The high smoothness and high comfort of the no-ballast track passenger dedicated line impose very strict requirements on post-construction settlement: the post-construction settlement should not exceed 15mm, the uneven settlement difference of the road bridge and tunnel structures should not exceed 5mm, the longitudinal deformation angle should not exceed 1%, and it must be analyzed and evaluated to meet the requirements before laying the ballastless track, with continued observation for 1-3 years after laying.

Deformation observation and analysis evaluation is a systematic project that involves design measures and calculations, real-time monitoring during the construction process, evaluation of the conditions for laying ballastless track, and observational verification during operation. Therefore, the settlement deformation observation and evaluation system is of great significance in the construction of passenger dedicated lines.

Currently, the development of high-speed railways is rapid, and the issues of settlement in subgrades, viaducts, etc., are becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, real-time monitoring of them is particularly important. Due to the special circumstances of high-speed rail, it is necessary to monitor the settlement on both sides of the track, and the monitoring equipment should be small in size and not affect the operational safety of the high-speed rail.

Using the ZY-DS122 type differential pressure static level gauge to monitor the settlement of high-speed railway subgrades and bridges, installed safely on both sides of the track, does not require the setting of piers like conventional static level gauges. The ground-mounted installation method allows the static level gauge to be fully installed within the protection groove, monitoring the overall settlement and differential settlement of the track bed in real-time.
