To ensure the quality of our company's products, starting from February 25, 2018, our company's quality inspection department has conducted quarterly on-site inspections of the qualifications and quality of product component suppliers.
1. First, understand the company's organizational structure, production scale, technical strength, and number of workers through the company's introduction.
2. Understand the company's process flow chart and inspect each production link.
3. Ask quality personnel to introduce the company's quality control methods and measures.
4. Based on the control procedures introduced by the company's quality personnel, go on-site to understand the actual control records.
5. Inspect the raw material warehouse to see if the storage of raw materials is clear, if there are clear labels, and ensure that various materials are not mixed together. Stainless steel and other special metals should not be placed directly on the ground.
6. Inspect the production workshop: mainly check the age of the equipment, the number of workers, the actual records of the production process quality control cards, the signatures and dates of quality inspectors, the status of 5S management, HSE management control, and whether workers are performing safety operations according to national and industry safety management regulations.
7. Focus on the management of work in progress (WIP), checking if the storage of WIP is standardized and reasonable, and ensure that there are corresponding process control cards accompanying it, which clearly show the production status of WIP.
