Msensor Sensor collaborates with Alibaba Cloud to build the "Wuxi Hongshan Internet of Things Town".
Hongshan Internet of Things Town is located in the central area of Hongshan Street, Xinwu District, Wuxi City, stretching approximately 2.5 kilometers from the planned road in the west to Feifeng Road in the east, and from Hongsheng River in the north to Dongjialong River in the south, covering a total area of about 3.6 square kilometers, with a core area of about 1.1 square kilometers. The functional layout of the town includes the western area planned for headquarters of leading enterprises, innovation centers, industrial clusters, research and development centers, enterprise clusters, and talent apartments; the central area is planned for IoT residential communities and IoT schools; the eastern area is planned for marine park attractions, Wuyue Water Street, Radisson Hotel, smart tourism clusters, and some commercial facilities. The core of the town is the industrial cluster of the Internet of Things and the smart tourism cluster, which not only creates a livable environment suitable for work and residence but also showcases the development concept of the Internet of Things Town to the outside world.
As an important partner in the construction of Hongshan Internet of Things Town, Msensor Sensor Technology has integrated remote dynamic tilt monitoring into the Alibaba Cloud platform to support smart parking, smart water meters, and other IoT new products, systematically demonstrating the cloud management and terminal capabilities of the IoT industry development. Among them, the completed Shanshiyuan NB-IoT smart parking lot is the first officially commercialized IoT NB-IoT parking system in the country, developed in collaboration with Fenglin Technology as a one-stop self-service parking system, which can achieve one-stop self-service parking, macro scheduling of parking resources, and multi-dimensional release of parking information. Additionally, there is a truly smart water meter based on the NB-IoT network, which can achieve remote reading of water meter readings, automatic reminders for frost prevention when water temperature approaches freezing point in winter, automatic alerts for water pipe leaks, and automatic valve closure via mobile app when residents are away. Currently, 600 units have been promoted and installed in Hongshan residential community.
In addition, 24 other projects have been implemented in Hongshan Town, including environmental monitoring, streetlight control, manhole cover monitoring, community security, and more.
From September 10 to 13, the Internet of Things ecosystem under the "Big Connection" strategy will be showcased at the 2017 World Internet of Things Expo; IoT application scenarios in hot fields such as smart manufacturing, public management, agricultural production, and smart living will also be unveiled, demonstrating the unique charm of the interconnected world.
In addition, during the Expo, a wide range of IoT ecosystem enterprises and cooperative representatives will be invited to discuss the current status of the IoT industry, cutting-edge technologies, and the layout and planning for future industrial development, promoting sharing and communication in the field of IoT development.
